Facility Information

CLUBHOUSE HOURS: Office is open from 8:00AM - 8:00PM Monday - Sunday. For all business matters from Monday-Friday 8AM- 4PM.

FITNESS CENTER HOURS:  Monday - Sunday: 6:00AM - 8:00PM    (No entry after 7:45PM).   Fitness Center Age Requirements:  Residents 18 yrs of age and older, may bring one guest (also 18 yrs of age or older.) Residents under 18 yrs of age must  fill out an Application and Waiver for the Fitness Center.  Minors (below 18 yrs of age) are not permitted to bring guests. Children between 14-17 yrs of age are allowed in the gym without adult supervision. Children between 8-13 yrs of age need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 8 are PROHIBITED from the fitness center. Applications and Waivers for the Fitness Center can be found in the Documents/Community Docs/Underage waiver or stop by the office to fill out the appropriate paperwork. The gym will not be staffed between the hours of 6:00am - 8:00am. Surveillance cameras will be active. Please work out responsibly. In the event of an emergency - Call 911. 

MP1 Residents Only: Pool and Gym are fully open. We ask that you please use your key fob for gym, pool, and basketball access. We ask that you wipe down all equipment after use. 

Pool Grills (Gas) Will be available for residents and a cleaning checklist must be picked up prior to using the grills (please obtain form from the office).

Pool Hours: Monday -Sunday: 10:00AM – 8:00PM (No entry after 7:45PM).

The Lap Pool is a Junior Olympic size pool measuring 75 ft. in length. During the cooler months the Lap Pool is HEATED to 84 degrees.

During Summer Months if weather is inclement pool and slide will close and all residents must leave pool deck and pool area. 

Splash Pad Open. 10:00AM -8:00PM

SLIDE HOURS: Summer months - 10:00AM - 7:30PM - Slide opens on the hour for 15-30 minutes depending on the weather. If weather is inclement the pool, slide and basketball courts will close.

 The slide is closed during winter months. 

*No Life Guards on Duty. Parents are responsible for their children at all times. * Use of Pools, Splash Pad, and Slide is at your own risk. 

The standard MP1 Community Center Rules apply to all our amenities and facilities. 

RACQUETBALL COURT: Reservations can be made by visiting - www.meadowpointecdd.com/Pickle Planner Tab.

MULTI PURPOSE COURTS, TENNIS & PICKLEBALL COURTS: 7:00 AM - 9:00PM Reservations for Pickleball can be made by visiting - www.meadowpointecdd.com/Pickle Planner Tab. 
BASKETBALL COURT: Open 9:00AM-8:00PM.
PLAYGROUNDS: Open 8:00AM - 8:00PM.
SHUFFLEBOARD COURTS: Open. 
BARBECUE GRILLS:  10:00AM - 7:30PM 
BUILDING B -  ACTIVITY ROOM: 8:00AM - 8:00PM (No entry after 7:45PM)
RENTAL ROOM & CABANA: Please contact the office for Room Rentals Reservations. Or click on  Documents Tab on the top of the page, then go to Community Documents. There you will find the Room Rental form.

The Fob application form can be found by clicking the link below and should be filled out prior to coming to the office. Also bring a check or exact cash payable to MP1 CDD for the total amount for the number of requested fobs. Fobs are $25 each. CHECK OR CASH EXACT AMOUNT - NO CHANGE WILL BE MADE.
